Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from receipt of goods to return them to us.

The goods must be returned in the original packing and unused, and we will provide a full refund or exchange the item.  Returns must be unused.

At SiverPetals providing the best quality products and services is very important to us, however, in the event that goods received were damaged in transit, these will be replaced at no cost provided that you inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

Regrettably, delivery charge for the original order will not be refunded.

Any goods returned to SilverPetals that arrive damaged or become lost will not be credited.  We will refund postage costs if the item returned is damaged as informed.
