Returns & Exchanges

At Silver Petals Jewellery, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned in their original packaging

Please note: Due to "Health and Hygiene" regulations, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the goods are faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within three days of receipt. Damaged items reported within this timeframe will be replaced at no additional cost.

Important Information:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns. Items lost or damaged in return transit cannot be refunded.
If you are returning a damaged item (reported as above), we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
We aim to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will be notified via email when we have processed the refund. Please allow further 2-5 working days for your account to be credited or 2-5 working days for an exchange/replacement item to be sent.
